After researching several pool companies to get quotes, Everclear Pools was clearly the winner. I remember when Heather, the pool designer, showed up to our home on our consultation day and it was a sprinkling, windy and cold day and while we were doing a home walk through, I noticed that she was so efficient and professional and started measuring the backyard right away. Heather left such a positive impression on us and is the perfect example of who you want to have working for your company. She was friendly, personable, responsive, and helpful. She made the process from beginning to end seamless and painless.
After all the design part was done and permits were pulled, we had the pleasure of working with Eric. My husband had a great experience interacting with him and he was always reliable and responsive in keeping us up-to-date with the project which we appreciated. Even after the project was completed, Eric continues to be a helpful resource for us whenever we have questions about the pool, especially being first-time pool owners. He even looked after our pool right after it was done because we had to take a emergency trip and he made sure the pool was clean and properly curing. Moreover, he even taught my husband on how to maintain the pool so we wouldn’t need to hire a pool cleaner which has been great. Eric goes above and beyond and is such a professional and is compassionate with his clients. It’s rare to find a company nowadays that provides aftercare to clients once the project is completed, but Everclear Pool is there every step of the way.
Building a pool can be a very expensive and stressful process, but we wouldn’t have done it with any other company than Everclear Pools. We absolutely LOVE our pool and recommend it to anyone whose interested in building a pool! Thank you so much, Heather and Eric!
We have known Eric now for over 3 years. We had several other bids for building our pool but ultimately decided to go with Eric at Everclear. Eric is a highly professional pool contractor who just happens to be fair and one of the most honest people I have ever met!
Eric was the easiest person to work with during the design and construction process. In addition to the pool, we had Eric help us design and build our outdoor bar/BBQ as well. We had even made changes after the contract was written, but Eric was super flexible and accommodating. He never accepted payment for anything that wasn’t completed. This was comforting after hearing nightmare stories.
Worth noting, is that Eric doesn’t just build your pool and say, “Goodbye.” No, he is there for you for any follow up pool needs. One of our pool lights went out and he arranged to have it replaced. We didn’t have to do a thing. He has done my pool filter cleanings and most recently did an incredible job acid washing the pool! The pool looks like it did on day 1! He took the time to remind me of some maintenance tips and always has our best interests at heart.
Eric is a busy guy, but you can rest assured that he will always return that message and make sure your needs are met! I wouldn’t hesitate to use Eric again if we were to build another pool. I can say that Eric is not just my “pool guy”, he is a true and dear friend! Thanks for your amazing service and top notch attitude!
I’m so glad my wife and I went with Eric and Heather to design and build our pool. Heather the pool designer, was fantastic, efficient, and very professional. My wife and I were on a time crunch to submit the pool design to our lender and sensing that urgency Heather came out the following day and measured our backyard right away. We had a pool design from another company and forward it to Heather and she tweaked it and made the design so much better. Heather was so efficient, we approved and signed the pool contract same day she went out to measure. Thank you Heather for making the design process so seamless.
After the design and permits, we had the pleasure of working with Eric. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and responsive throughout the entire process, which we appreciated. After reviewing numerous proposals, we decided to go with Everclear Pools. Eric and his entire team did a fabulous job. Heather provided wonderful customer service, she is very patient, her product knowledge and design expertise was beyond epic. Once the project began, Eric was completely hands on. He explained the process step-by-step, and was present for each phase of the job. He worked hand in hand with all his contractors and together they orchestrated a product beyond our expectations. He’s knowledgeable in all aspects of his job and can answer any question with ease & confidence. Although the project is complete, they are still available for any questions or concerns we have. I highly recommend this company for any and all your pool and spa needs.
