   We had a slightly unusual situation: planning our St Pete ADU build mostly while living out-of-state for a temporary work assignment. I was nervous, to say the least! Goshen Tiny Homes was incredible. Their use of remote calls for consultations and updates was flawless. They did site visits with my local contact, and I felt completely in the loop. They handled ALL the local permitting headaches, which would have been impossible for me from afar. Stepping into the finished home when we finally moved back felt amazing – it was exactly as we’d planned. Huge shoutout to them for making a complex, long-distance build so smooth. Highly, highly recommend for anyone, but especially if you’re not on-site!

   We were seriously debating selling our Miami house because life outgrew it. Instead of uprooting everything, we built an ADU in the backyard. That one decision let us keep the neighborhood, the schools, and our routines, without feeling boxed in. Goshen Tiny Homes helped us stay put and still move forward.

   Totally in love with our tiny house from Goshen Tiny Homes! Thought about building it ourselves, but with deadlines looming, we decided against it. After lots of digging, Goshen Tiny Homes emerged as the clear winner. They had the best prices, and the quality? Absolutely amazing (so glad we skipped the DIY route!). Every little detail is perfect.

   Dealing with Serge was super easy. We hit him with probably a gazillion questions, and he was cool and helpful through it all. Seriously, if you’re thinking of going tiny, you gotta check out Goshen Tiny Homes. They rock!
