    My stay at Hilton Cabana Miami Beach Resort was absolutely amazing from start to finish! The hotel itself is beautiful, clean, and perfectly located right on the beach. The rooms were comfortable, the vibe was relaxing yet fun, and the entire staff made me feel welcome the moment I arrived.

    I have to give a special shoutout to the bar supervisor, Antuan Miller. Not only did he make incredible drinks (perfectly balanced every time!), but speaking with him was honestly like therapy. He has such a warm, positive energy and made the experience feel personal. He played the best music, kept the vibe just right, and was always attentive without being overbearing. You can tell he truly cares about guests enjoying themselves.

    Between the atmosphere, the service, and the overall experience, this was easily a 5-star stay. I’ll absolutely be back! 🌴✨

    My husband and I spent the day here while we waited for a late departure. The day was much cooler than normal so we spent time in the coffee shop. The coffee was fantastic and Arturo was a wonderful barista! He was so polite and held a nice conversation with while we passed the time. We then had lunch at Allison’s and had the best tacos we’ve ever had!! Sergaud was our waiter and did an amazing job in taking care of us! Highly recommend this hotel and all its amenities!!

    Stayed here for 3 nights over Christmas. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with some clear highlights. The location is excellent, very close to the beach, and the room view was enjoyable. Breakfast was very good, and the temperature-controlled swimming pool was a nice surprise—especially at night and definitely an added bonus.

    The resort fee felt worthwhile, as it includes beach chairs, towels, bicycles, and other amenities. As a Diamond member, the benefits were a bit mediocre, but that may be due to the Christmas holiday and high occupancy. There was no significant room upgrade, and the dining credit only covered one of two guests breakfast after mandatory service charge and tax, which was fine but not ideal.

    A few areas for improvement: there were no toothbrushes available for the first two nights, which was inconvenient. Also, the towel card system adds unnecessary friction—especially since the cards themselves ran out at one point. Using room number and last name instead would create a much smoother guest experience.

    Overall, a solid stay with a great location and amenities, but some operational details could be improved to better match the brand expectations.

    Had a wonderful time!! Room was clean, nice and spacious. The front desk supervisor was AMAZING! She was professional and fun. Great way to start the trip. Drink service at the beach was also lovely! Serguad was attentive and very kind! Would recommend 🙂

    Starting upon arrival this has been the most unaccommodating stay I’ve ever experience. We fly in from MS to Miami to celebrate 25 years of marriage. We were hoping for a great stay but it has been the worst! This is the 2nd time a Hilton hotel has given us terrible service on our anniversary. Last year they gave our room away in Gulfport MS. We have been members for a long time. Continuing to pay for to meager, inhospitable, accommodation is what we intend to do. We are sitting here listening to the restaurant phone ring to order room service, they will not answer!!! Now breakfast is over! We can’t even get room service. The housekeeping staff and outside attendant have provided good customer, everyone else we’ve come in contact with has acted like we are not suppose to be here! These rooms are uncomfortable feel “thrown together”! So thanks for absolutely NOTHING!!! I have never left a review while still at the establishment, but this one could not wait! When we call front desk the phone rings at least 10 times and concierge is not helpful at all. I lost my Ray Ban charging case in the lobby when I called the front desk I was told quick it wasn’t up there. However when I went to the lobby a lady I had not seen during our stay, turned around and the case was right there. He did not even look, and I knew he was just brushing me off.
