   Working with Tim & JLC was a great experience. His professionalism was next to none and completely executed my vision. He was able to get the posts in before the deck and come back after to complete the roof, lights, & fans. The best part was that the entire installation process was under 4 hours. As a homeowner, I appreciate efficiency and maximizing your time so I can get back to enjoying my yard! 10/10 recommend and I will not look anywhere else next time I need a custom outdoor shade

   I used JLC Enterprises to create a new roof for my patio and couldn’t be happier with the work they did! It’s absolutely beautiful! Their team working on my project were constantly cleaning/sweeping as they went and so nice and professional! I would highly recommend Tim and his team!

   Tim has done 10 patios, pergolas, and covered walkways at my last three houses, and various landscape jobs as a sub for me as well. Tim’s company has the absolute best customer service from start to finish. Tim in the beginning arrives takes your ideas and turns them into conceptual drawing in a very short time. When JLC starts the job, they continue until the job is complete, his crews show up every day and are all exceptionally polite. When the job is complete they do a job walk and address any concerns you might have. Every time JLC has completed a project for me , they have done a phenomenal job cleaning up as well. I give JLC the absolute best recommendation possible and will never use a different company, why would I , since every job is perfect !!! Thankyou Tim and all your employees!!

   We couldn’t be happier with the work done by JLC Enterprises (Xcel xteriors)! They built a modern cantilever by our pool that provides the perfect amount of shade and installed trex decking to cover our septic, making our back patio extension look completely seamless. The team was friendly, efficient, and professional, working quickly while keeping everything clean. They left the area spotless and the finished product is absolutely stunning. We highly recommend them for anyone looking for high-quality, modern outdoor solutions!

   I am so very pleased with our new privacy panels that were installed the other day by JLC Enterprises. Tim came over to measure and give us an estimate and a few weeks later the installers came and installed them. We are so happy with the panels! They give us the privacy and shade we were looking for. Both Tim and Mindi were great to work with and always quick with email replies. I would highly recommend JLC Enterprises! I’m sure you will be very satisfied!
