   I just moved into my new KT Home at the end of December. This is my first new home, but over the years I have renovated three homes. I am so impressed with the build quality and attention to detail in this home.

   I am also impressed with KT Homes commitment to environmental issues as evidenced by how tightly insulated and sealed the home is as well as having the garage pre-wired for an EV car charger.

   Finally, I have such admiration and esteem for Miriam Quintana and Arik Montoya. Miriam went out of her way to keep me informed as the building progressed and was always available to meet with me whenever I came to Las Cruces to see how things were going.

   And Arik, the superintendent of the building process, was amazing in managing all of the aspects of the building and all of the contractors who contributed to the completion of my home. He always made time to quickly address any questions I had.

   Needless to say, I highly recommend KT Homes.

   We had a great experience with our home builders from start to finish. *KT HOMES* The entire process was well organized, transparent, and professional. They were attentive to details, responsive to our questions, and always willing to explain each step clearly.

   We purchased three homes—one for myself and one for each of my two sons—and the experience was excellent every time. Miriam, David, and John were awesome to work with and made the entire process smooth and stress-free.

   The quality of the work exceeded our expectations, and the final results truly feel like home. Timelines were respected, communication was excellent, and any concerns we had were addressed promptly. We highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable, trustworthy builder who delivers quality craftsmanship.

   The experience of buying a home with KT Homes was one of the best experiences ever!! To be honest, we felt like it was real concierge service, even after we moved in the home. The home is top of the line! Very happy and feel like our new home will last forever! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!
