Horrible follow up and Gus on the team is non-responsive. We wanted to give them an opportunity to for two jobs and could get them to reply to our numerous calls or emails… Unfortunately, most vendors in FL are the same…
I highly recommend Miami Awning for any project you can imagine!
After talking with another company, my wife and I were hesitant that we could get the awning we imagined built. It turns out that the team who had installed the first awning were now at Miami Awning. One of their experts (Frank), came by the house to find out what we had in mind. After a few minutes of looking at the situation, Frank indicated it would be no problem at all to get what we wanted. He shared options as well as offered helpful advice. We received a fair estimate and moved ahead. Frank and the Miami Awning Design Engineer came by and confirmed measurements, and a few weeks later shared the design drawings. After approval, the frame and covering was built in their plant. The installation team was very professional, and took great care to make sure everything turned out perfectly. We’re thrilled.
I have been doing business with Miami Awning for over thirty years. I wanted to replace an awning but after hurricane season. I gave them a deposit an on the first week in November they called an asked when it would OK to make the installation. They did a great job! They are prompt and very competent.
I’ve been using MIami Awnings since the 1990’s. Always providing excellent service and the best craftsmanship. Al and Ronda are always available to accommodate their clients from the minute you place your order to the last details of the installation. THE BEST!!!
My mother hired Miami Awning in 2008 to replace her porch awning. She was happy and satisfied with the work and based on this would recommend and use the company again. Fast forward to 2016, due to leaks in the roof she hired a roofer to complete the repair work. The company notified us that there was an open permit on the home from 2008 and would not be able to begin the repair work until it was closed. Hence my most recent contact with Miami Awning and Serene Gato. Serene is a credit to her company and Miami Awning, she explained the process to me what needed to be completed in order to close the permit and the time line. Everything she stated Miami Awning would do, they did in a timely manner. She kept me informed throughout the process via e-mails and even checked the Miami Lakes web site to verify that the permit had been closed. As in 2008 and now in 2016, I would recommend Miami Awning for their craftsmanship, professionalism, customer service and Serene Gato.
