Fantastic Experience!!!! I ordered a “Tall Barn Garage Style” Building but needed it to have matching composition shingles & paint to match, per HOA rules. Placed order in Mid Oct 2025 and it was delivered on time, as promised. I also included the door & window upgrade and complete spray foam insulation options and am very pleased I did. Delivery was flawless, driver was super diligent and friendly at placement and leveling, thank you, well done.
I would give you a 100% satisfaction of the 10×20 barn Garage. From picking it out to delivering this was by far the best way for my family to get another garage. The delivery was fast professional and a great guy! We are extremely pleased with our garage! Thank you thank you! Out West was awesome to work with! They were even able to squeeze us in earlier than expected for an onsite build! Everyone was kind and accommodating to help us purchase the perfect shed!
The building was exactly what we thought, and we were happy with it; however the quality of plywood for the loft was not as strong as a building we ordered in 2018. The man who delivered the building was amazing! Her carefully and artistically navigated the building into the exact spot we prepared. He took time and care to deliver it into a tricky spot.
Delivery of our 36×14 Deluxe Lofted Playhouse was a circus. The first vehicle used was a semi with super-single racing slicks. We live in a rural area with a sloped driveway. Fail. One week later a suitable truck delivered the building with zero problems. Overall the building is well built.walls are plumb and square. Construction is of very good quality.
