I wanted to take a moment to share how absolutely thrilled we are with our experience. From start to finish, Clay and the entire team went above and beyond in every aspect of the pool installation process.
Our technician, Luis, along with every single employee who came out during construction, was professional, kind, and a pleasure to work with. They not only finished the project ahead of schedule but also handled an addition mid-process seamlessly. Every situation was approached with professionalism, kindness, and friendliness that truly stood out.
I also really appreciated the periodic check-ins from the owner, which made us feel supported and reassured throughout the process. It’s clear that Pools R Us takes great pride in their work and their customers.
Most importantly—we absolutely love our new pool. It has exceeded every expectation, and we couldn’t be happier with the result. Pools R Us delivered excellence every step of the way, and I would highly recommend them to anyone considering a pool installation.
This review is long overdue. Had Pools R US build us our amazing pool this past Spring/Summer and it turned out great! We really enjoyed working with Ben, the sales rep, also Luis & his entire crew. They did a fantastic job on it, we have received lots of compliments on how it looks. Thank you guys for all your help and patience with us.
We worked with Clay for our pool, they were very competitive and understanding. The process was smooth and communication was on point. I compared receipts against doing an owner build, Pools R Us came in quite reasonable — it was more, but much more reasonable than other quotes/bids we received from brand name builders. The PRU team and contractors they work with are professional, legit, and stand by their work.
There’s no better pool builder in the valley. We are extremely happy with Pools R Us. Greg and Luis are very easy to work with and very easy to get a hold of through the process. Luis is the project manager and he was communicative every step of the way. Greg, the owner met with us to go over the entire build prior to signing and made recommendations that he thought were necessary but did not try to upsell us on things that other companies did. He is a manor high integrity and delivered a beautiful pool and spa that we will enjoy for years and years. I highly recommend them to anyone looking to build a pool.
