Worst company ever. My understanding is they are now out of business. I have been emailing them over a year to make a repair. Constantly say they will send someone out and they never do. Tim from Oasis will lie and swindle you. Mike Black never returns calls or emails. Very similar experience as other reviewer. They completely lie about what they are selling and what you are getting. If they are still open, have an attorney review your contract. It will save you headache down the road. Get them to put a completion date in the contract, which they will not, and that should be a concern to a consumer. Buyer beware!
I’m writing this as a warning to potential customers of Premier Pools, formally known as Oasis Pools and Spas, of Las Cruces New Mexico. I’m building a new home in Las Cruces and on December 15, 2015 signed an agreement with Premier to install a Viking Pool.
Work began on the pool in April of 2016. As the project progressed, I became aware of several irregularities between what I believed I had purchased and what was being installed. I met with Premier to resolve this, but was told our contract did not specify the make/model of equipment so what they were installing was typical fpr the package purchased. I left the meeting feeling I had been swindled. I had to spend several hundred more dollars to purchased equipment previously promised by Premier.
Just this week I learned the pool deck installed several weeks ago would not be finished and sealed. Premier said pool deck installation didn’t include sealing the concrete. Premier has made every step in the pool installation difficult for myself and my builder. After four months and numerous arguments my pool remains a muddy pond at the construction site.
It’s now August of 2016 and I’m no closer to knowing when my pool will be completed and who else I’ll need to hire to help finish it. I’m at wits end with Premier and am writing this in hopes I can spare others the emotional and financial hardship of dealing with Mike Black, Tim Scheoppner, and the sub-contractors they employ. A review of one star is too high, but it’s the minimum required. Look elsewhere.
