We shopped around and Jim from Premier made our choice easy. Their process is very black and white, he is easy to work with, responsive and just a nice guy. We feel like we got a high quality pool at a fair price. Seminole took a while with permits but once that was done the process was quick. Had small concerns after the build because I’ve never owned a pool and they addressed them quickly. During the build the communication was great.
From the very beginning our experience with Premier Pools was exceptional. Kevin helped us build our dream pool. He took his time and assisted us in picking out all the details of our design. His expertise really helped ease our minds. Once construction started we were kept informed each step of the way. Every person on the team was professional and courteous. When it was time to go to pool school, James showed outstanding customer service and made sure we were comfortable on how to care for our pool. You won’t find a better company or a better team. Thank you Premier Pools!!
We are about a year of having our dream pool and I’m happy to say we are still in love and so grateful we went with Premier Pools and Spas!
When we finally decided to build a pool, we had a company in mind from other owners and reviews, but the pricing was so out of budget before even picking the materials that we decided to shop around. So happy we did because we ended up finding Premier and Kevin. He was so realistic with us during the design process and never tried to pressure us into adding something we weren’t really interested in. He was able to design my vision and add a few suggestions that made the design even more than I imagined. We expanded our original size and upgraded a lot of finishes, and the price still came out lower and right at budget for us.
The build process was amazing. The contractors they use were professional and never left a mess. They respected our yard (and our neighbors yard). It was shocking how quickly everything came together.
Kevin and his wife Jenn kept in touch throughout the whole process and made sure to ask if there were any issues that needed to be addressed with each step. I think we had a little issue with our umbrella hole and someone came out and took care of it in no time. Literally from start to absolute finish, Kevin and Jenn were always in contact with us. You hear all these horror stories about companies taking your money and just disappearing and never hearing from them, so I felt consistently reassured.
These photos don’t do the pool justice, but we truly feel like we are in our own little backyard resort.
I am so happy with my new pool by Premier Pool and Spas. The workmanship and professionalism have been top-notch EVERY step of the way. James is AMAZING! I recall being embarrassed about how many times I had changed my mind in the design phase…. But James was very patient and worked with me to ensure I was getting the design that was right for me. Everything went so smoothly, and I couldn’t believe how fast the build out went after the permit was approved. I can’t say enough about their superb project management. Niki always kept me informed regarding the status of the various phases of the project. It was so awesome to receive a photo while I was at work showing the completed phase and informing me of the next steps. I would highly recommend Premier Pools & Spas for your pool or spa. You won’t regret it!
We are very happy to recommend Premier Pools & Spas! We live in Lakewood Ranch and Premier Pools just completed our build of a spa pool, an enlarged lanai, and screen cage. We are thrilled with the results. Our sales rep, Brian Gaines was very easy to work with, very professional, and communicative. He really listened to me and took in all my inspiration images and created the backyard I was dreaming of. I wanted a mix of materials, a waterfall feature, a planter behind in which I will plant Florida palms and flowers, and an entertaining area delineated with a contrast border. He got it all. The team is very efficient, they promised me a 3-4 month build from start to finish and they met that time line. Whenever I had a concern or a question, I got an immediate response from the office or Project Manager. We are very pleased.
