I had a poor experience at this establishment. Despite being on a direct payment plan, my unit was double-locked multiple times due to alleged non-payment despite payments being made. The unit was also broken into, with stolen items including new appliances and furniture. The front desk admitted this wasn’t the first break-in incident conveniently security cameras were down at the time of brake in. I would not recommend this facility.

I’ve been doing business with RSS for years. It’s been good for me. Nice people that work there provide excellent customer service.
The roof leaked. Water in unit . Had to take out items and let dry out but roof still leaking. Mr. Woods offered me another larger unit since they didn’t have the same size. No discount for the more expensive unit, even just for the first month for having to dry out and move. Lousy attitude on the owner’s part. Beware.
This is the second time these people have locked my unit in error. This is February and I am paid until April 1st. I had to buy another storage unit at Billy the Kid because these people can’t get it together. I want my money back!!
