   Great experience from start to finish and the end result was nothing less than perfection. We interviewed 3 pool design/build firms and Ryan Hughes Design was not the least expensive. But we had many extenuating circumstances with our property; being on the water, a 1000 gal propane tank that had to be relocated and having a tight buildable area for a pool. These led us to choose RHD because we felt the most comfortable that his team had the most experience and ability to handle this. And we were not wrong. Was it seamless? Absolutely not and if you go into any construction project thinking there won’t be some bumps dealing with counties and permits, utility companies, etc., you will be in for a surprise. But they handled everything for us with constant communication.
   And then the design process, they really listen to how you expect to use the space and design around that. In addition to having such an eye for detail and creating a gorgeous space, they created an outdoor environment for us that we use every inch of and wouldn’t change one thing.

   Excellent experience all the way through the project. We were hesitant to start this project because of the issues we heard about pool builders in general for the Tampa area, but RHD (Ryan Hughes Design) turned out to be not your typical pool builder but more of an upper-class contractor. RHD was very professional and communicated with us all the way through the project. Timing to complete the project was what they had stated from the start, and this was impressive considering the multiple changes we made along the way. Andrew, Emily, and Donny were great to work with. We highly recommend them if you are wanting a fully designed and constructed outside living area that is a natural extension to your home, compared to the standard pool you see with most builds.
