Bryan and Ryan the owners of Silver State Tiny Homes are great to work with. They’ve answered all my questions and have a great team behind them who understand the construction process from start to finish. They’re easy to communicate with and very knowledgeable about rules and regulations of building ADU’s around the Reno area.
If you are interested in adding a Tiny Home to your property or adding on to an existing structure, Silver State Tiny Homes is a great company. I personally know the principals and they are the most honest and fair business people in the market.
We are currently working these folks to build a 1bed/1bath in our back yard. They’ve been great so far and we’re looking forward to the rest of the project. Brian has felt like a real honest person this whole time which has been very helpful. Puts our worries to rest.
They are very responsive and answered all my questions no matter how big or small they were.
They have been great to work with and have been very communicative throughout the process. I’ve worked with other vendors where communication stops or I have to reach out to them with little to no response and I am happy to say that this has not been the experience with SSTH – they truly put the customer first.
