   This is the absolute worst place to rent from! They have no emergency number for weekends you can’t ever get anyone to answer the phone they over charge for the rusty half kept units. I never got the lock they were supposed to get me, the employee who helped made sure to ask for a 5 star review for credit on my account, BEFORE I was even able to see how AWFUL their customer service actually is. You will NEVER get anyone on the phone for help. PLEASE PLEASE don’t lose your money on this, even if it’s your last hope! It is NOT WORTH IT. The employee couldn’t even be bothered to give a gate access code THE MOST IMPORTANT THING!

   I called and got a hold of Anthony on a Sunday afternoon, within an hour I had the storage unit rented and my lock on the door. Anthony was very professional, courteous and informative. I would definitely suggest you rent from Storology Storage!!
