   We just finished our pool with Tampa Bay Pools and could not be any more pleased with the finished product! Our process started with Juli Capella who was excellent to work with from the sales team. Juli took the time to listen to our thoughts and see our vision. This allowed us to work together to design the best pool, spa, deck and bird cage. Juli was great to work with and set very clear expectations for the process and was engaged and available after we signed.

   We then started to work with Rob Recio who was our superintendent and he was awesome too! Rob set clear expectations as well, communicated often with status updates and what was happening next. Rob was very responsive and available for questions through the entire build.

   Lastly, I also want to thank and recognize Jacob who did our pool startup and final deck washing. He was very detailed and thorough in both of those tasks and available for questions as well. It is great to see someone take such pride in their work and deliver a great experience for the customer.

   We are very pleased with our new pool, spa, deck and bird cage and had a 5 Star experience with Tampa Bay Pools!

   We just fully wrapped up the 5 Star Experience with a fantastic Pool School session with Sean!

   We had a great experience with Tampa Bay Pools from start to finish. Grisel, our designer, did an amazing job bringing our vision to life, and Brandon, our project manager, kept everything running smoothly throughout the build. Communication was excellent, all of our questions were answered quickly, and any changes we requested were handled promptly and professionally. The process was smooth overall, and the pool turned out exactly as we imagined. Sean also did an amazing job setting everything up and walking me through everything. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Tampa Bay Pools.

   Tampa Bay Pools did a great job with my pool project. Juli was very responsive and helpful in the design process. Took our idea and turned it into reality. Rob expertly managed our project once we broke ground. They were very forward about what is and is not covered during the construction process. Be prepared for the unexpected, you will have out of pocket expenses, it’s the cost of a large construction process. With that said they took care of every issue no matter how small, on anything that is covered. They gave a timeline and stuck to it, I never felt they over promised anything.

   We had a great experience working with our pool construction manager, Rob. As a military family that had just relocated to Lithia, FL, we really appreciated how patient and understanding he was throughout the entire process. He made what could have been a stressful experience feel easy and well-organized.

   Rob was very detailed with construction timelines and kept us consistently updated on progress and completion. His communication was excellent, and he always took the time to explain what was happening and what to expect next.

   We’re extremely happy with the final product — the pool turned out amazing and exceeded our expectations. We’re very thankful for Rob’s professionalism and dedication and would highly recommend him to anyone building a pool.

   We had an outstanding experience working with Tampa Bay Pools, and we especially want to recognize our construction manager, Rob, for his exceptional work. From start to finish, Rob made the entire pool-building process smooth and stress-free. He followed up on every detail, kept us updated at every stage, and ensured the schedule stayed consistently ahead of plan. Every time Rob came on-site, he took the time to meet with us personally, review the progress, share the latest updates, and patiently answer all of our questions.

   The quality of the pool exceeded our expectations — everything was done with great attention to detail and craftsmanship. The price was very fair for the level of quality and service we received, and we truly feel that we got outstanding value for our investment. Rob’s professionalism, communication, and dedication stood out throughout the entire project.

   We highly recommend Tampa Bay Pools to anyone considering a new pool. Thanks to Rob and the entire team, what could have been a stressful process turned into an enjoyable experience, and we’re thrilled with the final result.

   Also, Tampa Bay pool offered Pool School where they trained us how to maintain the pool and use the equipment. We are super happy with all of their work and services.
