After seeing a beautiful remodel in the neighborhood (and speaking to the owner of the house who spoke very highly of them) I reached out to HTA to build a fairly complex ADU at my house. They were very transparent, hit all timelines, and stayed to their original quoted budget which was ny biggest fear having been my first ever construction project. I will definitely use them for my future remodel as well. Highly recommend. Zach D.

Brady and his team did a great job remodeling my 6-unit apartment building in Long Beach and converting existing garages to an additional ADU. I’ve recommended them to friends and colleagues for any construction and remodel projects they may have.
I have to say that I can be very picky, overwhelming to most people, but this company has shown me the true meaning of patient. Brady would answer all my calls and answer any questions I had at anytime. Brady is one of a kind! He hears you and sees you in making sure that you’re happy with the job! His team is hard-working people that get the job done fast and amazing too!! I just love my ADU!!! They did an amazing job with our ADU that my whole neighborhood is talking about how nice it is!! Everyone can’t believe how fast they got the job done too!! I highly recommend this company to everyone!! Thank you Brady and the whole team for your hard work!!
We had a great experience working with Brady from the initial consultation call through the site visit and proposal process. He was professional, friendly, and took the time to answer all our questions via email, text, and in person. We started with little knowledge of detached ADUs, but after speaking with him, we felt confident in what we wanted. He made everything clear and was always responsive.
Although we couldn’t move forward with the project at this time (completely on our end), we’re confident the experience would have been just as positive. If given the chance, we would’ve signed with them due to his excellent communication and dedication. Highly recommend HTA Construction/The ADU Builder to anyone looking to build in the Long Beach area.
