The team at Tropical Escapes Pool Builders was fantastic. They communicated constantly during the pool building process and the Pool, Lanai and Screen look fantastic! Quality work. During this process, I decided that I wanted to enlarge the lanai by 10 feet. Most companies at this point would charge a premium because they know their customer has already signed on the dotted line. I was surprised how reasonable the quote was to enlarge the lanai! I even asked Cody, the owner, are you sure? Wonderful experience and now I have a great pool!
Tropical Escapes is an absolutely amazing pool builder! I have heard the horror stories of people getting swindled by pool builders, having pools crack, or the company going bankrupt during the build. But Cody, Ashley, and Maggie gave me complete confidence in the whole process from start to finish. They built an in-ground pool with a spa, waterfall, and screen. Everything looks absolutely beautiful and works perfectly! Throughout the entire process, they anticipated every single little detail and always make sure to do it right the first time. Even when things go wrong, they will come in and fix it at no cost to me. They were patient with my HOA, they have a wide selection of materials to use for design, and they only use the absolute highest tier and power-output based pumps and related equipment. The sub-contractors they use for other steps in the process (screen, paver install) are very professional and do fantastic work too. They don’t take on too many builds at the same time so they can provide personalized service and are able to respond to any issues I have promptly. I got quotes from other builders, but they were either too expensive, or cut too many corners. I have been so pleased in the entire process from planning to completion that I wouldn’t recommend anyone else!!!
Stellar!!! Did my research and interviewed quite a few builders. I am absolutely thrilled with how smooth the entire project went. My pool is absolutely gorgeous and the patio and screen enclosure is more than I dreamed. The project manager Cody is very professional. Cody went over and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! Cody is extremely knowledgeable and you can tell how passionate he is about making sure every detail is exactly the way you want it. The communication and honesty was clear throughout the process and Cody was onsite for each phase. Maggie is more than a salesperson. Maggie helped design the entire backyard makeover! Maggie took care of handling all the paperwork ensuring all was in order before the magic happened! I have received so many compliments from all my neighbors on the quality and beauty of my new pool! Highly Highly recommend!!! I’m so very pleased with Tropical Escapes Pool Builders making my dream come true!
We had an amazing experience the first time we partnered with tropical escapes building our first pool for our first house in Wesley chapel and then of course because of the great work the first time there wasn’t a need to compare them to any other pool builder. It was an easy decision to have them build a second pool in our second home. Amazing work. Just beautiful. A+ work and awesome with design work and assistance. Excellent builder. They hit all the milestones like clockwork. Cody the owner and project manager is a pro. All around. We got hit with 2 hurricanes and they still finished on time. I had a complex project and they dealt with it without a hitch. Big shoutout to all at Tropical Pools: Sebastián (great customer service), Cody (great delivery) and Ashely (great communication skills). Glad to see a local company deliver such high standards of quality. If I build a new pool I will bring them in board any time. 5 stars company.
