Cody and his crew are extremely professional and the craftsmanship of our beautiful home is superb. They pay close attention to detail and stand behind their work. If you are looking to have a great experience while building your dream home, Cody and True North builders are your guys!
Cody North of True North Builders built a custom home for us in 2020 – 2021. He is a true professional in every respect. He is responsive, reliable, creative and a highly competent builder. He pays attention to detail, in fact, we would call him a perfectionist. He listens to his clients’ concerns and responds promptly and constructively. The subcontractors used on our project were chosen by Cody for their craftsmanship and professionalism and, like him, have been responsive and helpful when we’ve called on them. A man of his word, he and his team have followed through on any and all matters arising after closing. We HIGHLY recommend True North Builders.
A few years ago, True North designed and built our new home. We were impressed with the professionalism of Cody and all his employees, the use of high end products throughout the house, and high end finishes. Any issues which arose were quickly resolved. We would recommend True North to anyone in the homebuilding market.
I have built two houses from the ground up. I have renovated three houses and outfitted four stores. I recently moved into my new house, built from the ground up by Cody North, True North Builders. It is rare indeed that at the end of the building process, you are still thrilled with your builder and the process that you went through. My house took about two years to build (exactly the schedule I was given) and came in on budget. More than that, it was fun the whole time. I had an interior designer and she had the same experience with Cody North. Not only does he not have an ego that gets in the way, often he would take an idea that we had and made it better. Or see something that we didn’t see. Or came up with a great idea out of the blue. Frequently I would say “you are making more work for yourself!” because he saw a way to make something even more perfect.His perfectionism comes with the deal. I love everything about my house and would never have achieved this without TrueNorth. I have just started building a guest house with Cody and his team and am having fun once again, which speaks for itself. True North gets and A+++++ with no reservations whatsoever.
We used True North in the building of our custom home. Cody North was excellent to work with. He was honest and a professional in all our dealings with him. We are thrilled with our home and would highly recommend him.
