   I couldn’t be happier with our Tuff Shed. Todd Hargrove initially helped us with drawings and estimates when I put in an online request. We spoke on the phone and he provided many helpful suggestions to change some of my choices to make sure we got the best ideas done. We went in on Saturday to finalize colors and make our payment. Was great meeting Todd in person. To my surprise the scheduling department phoned on Monday and our shed was installed by Wednesday. I watched the workers as they measured and remeasured throughout the process to make sure everything was level and perfect. They continued to touch up paint for any little item that got touched during building. Great professionals. The quality and attention to details were impressive. Absolutely love the final product, exactly what we needed, and beautiful as well.

   we purchase a tuff-shed in 2023 when it was installed they used a 1099 company to begin the work it was being built wrong i contacted the corporate office in regards and demanded this be done right they quickly sent out in house employees to finish it . This was still not done correctly i contacted the office once again and they told me that it was the previous management and any work was done was on them . This confused me i asked them this is tuff shed right ? They answered yes then i told them this is your problem . The they changed the answered and said the warranty is void and they cannot help me . To all those who plans on buying one DONT DO IT

   I began my process on line but decided I wanted to visually see the item and colors in person. Todd Hargrove was very accommodating in getting me an appointment that same day. I met with him and he had great suggestions and ideas. He was extremely helpful and made the process quick and easy. I would not hesitate to buy from Tuff Shed and work with Todd. He had someone call me from delivery/set-up in 2 days and 2 days after that, 4 days total, my shed was delivered, set-up and ready to go. In less than a week, everything was completed from start to finish. THAT is amazing in today’s world!

   This was a nice experience. We stopped in the warehouse and looked around. Todd Hargrove helped us design our shed. The staff send emails for us to sign. We got a call to set up delivery and assembly. Nelson and crew showed up at the appointed time. The shed was built exactly as planned. Cleaned up was great. All went well. We will 100% recommend and refer to Tuff Shed! Thanks to you all!
