Excellent storage facility.
Only stored my trailer there for 3 months. But owner was very friendly very helpful reasonable rate. Recommended for anyone needing a place to store any and everything this is the place
We have been renting for a couple of years now. The staff has been nice and friendly. We haven’t had any issues.
This place definitely deserves the 5 stars! They had the 30 foot unit that we needed and we were in same day. It was clean and had more than enough space that we needed. We will definitely be doing business with them again!! The contract wasn’t a hassle at all like other storages I’ve had.
I had a great experience here—definitely worth 5 stars. I needed help during a tough time, and the guy running the place really came through for me. He was respectful, professional, and genuinely cared about making sure I had what I needed. You don’t always find that kind of service these days. The units are clean, access is easy, and everything felt secure. If you’re in Roswell and need storage, I’d recommend UFO Self Storage without hesitation.
Horrible facility. The manager they have is a complete jerk. He is never there to answer questions and when he is he is rude and ugly. Do not rent from this place. Prices are super high, and customer service is nonexistent. Manager should be fired!
