   This is the most exceptional cabinetry and woodwork experts in the southwest region area reaching central and east Texas. We were referred to them by our builders and appliance retail sources! Great service!! Look for them!

   I contacted A-1 Kitchens in December and paid them to take measurements to work out. Some plans in this process has been well over six weeks since I originally called them and I received nothing.

   I met with Maribel at my home a few weeks ago and yet to receive anything furthermore, I don’t think that she really even understood what I was telling her what I wanted to do with my kitchen. However, I was willing to wait until she drives some plans so we can review them. I’ve received nothing but they quit cash my check, within a day I’m receiving it.

   I hate throwing people under the bus however, this is beyond ridiculous.

   Worked with Julio from A-1 Kitchens to create a custom kitchen. Very happy with their work. The craftsmanship is top notch, and the end product is gorgeous. Julio was kind enough to indulge me and go back and forth with me on the kitchen dimensions and options multiple times during the planning phase. He was always amicable and pleasant, and never rushed me. I am very happy and plan to use them for other projects including my master bath.

   I would never in my life use this store. Worst experience ever, never recommend this shop. They don’t count appointment as a promise. The designer who had measured my kitchen did not appear at the shop on meeting time, without any notice, even without any management excuses. The designer did not answer the phone from the shop then. I don’t expect kind service, but only professional behavior. These behavior and management tells its service level. Unfortunately, I put a 1 star rating, but if there was a rating between 0 to 5, I would definitely rate a 0 for sure.

   We are blessed to have this beautiful kitchen by Sergio and his staff. They went above and beyond with the design, installation, and overall customer service. Completely custom style, color, and functionality towards our vision. We look forward to being in our kitchen for many years to come.
