   I hired Allied to do a patio design for my backyard. I love my house, but I needed something in my backyard to enjoy it even more and making it an area to host get togethers. After some research I found Allied, and man I am overjoyed and happy with my decision.

   Note: furniture was not included.

   I would like to take a minute to comment on the job that allied did on our backyard. We moved into a new house and needed a complete makeover of the backyard. Allied’s people were very professional, on time, and diligent about the work that they did. Everything turned out great. They are a wonderful contractor to work with.

   We recently completed a patio project consisting of a roof, outdoor kitchen and Carvestone floor. Our experience with Allied was fantastic start to finish. Our designer guided us to great decisions and kept us from going overboard, the project management team always kept updated and kept the work moving, each trade and the workers who did the work were experts in their field and very professional. The customer service was great and they responded quickly to any questions or issues we had. We would recommend Allied Outdoors without hesitation.

   My husband and I were interested in upgrading our backyard with a patio extension and cover. After seeing ads for Allied Outdoor, I contacted them to get a quote, thinking they would probably be way out of our price range. Damion assisted us in finding the perfect compromise of staying close to budget while also getting our dream backyard! We chose a beautiful Alumawood insulated patio cover that matches the house perfectly. The design process seemed excessive at first, since most other companies do not do the 3D renderings and videos (at least for free), but it really helped us visualize and sell us on the final product! Adam did an awesome job of coordinating the different crews working on the patio, plus ensuring everything was going to drain properly (a big concern for my husband). Communication is huge for me, and we were kept informed every step of the process. We absolutely love our new patio, and we can’t wait to spend more time outside!

   We had been planning in adding an outdoor kitchen for some time, but were having trouble finding someone to build it. We have a POA that requires design drawings and approvals before any work could begin which complicated things.

   We had seen ads for Allied but thought we were probably too far north, near the Red River, for them to be an option. We decided to give it a try and sent a message to Allied.

   Jessica from Allied called us within minutes and we set up a free consultation. Austin came out a few days later and interviewed us to understand what we wanted. About a week later he came back out with animations and a video of what our kitchen would look like in our backyard! It was amazing to see it in our yard.

   We decided to go with Allied and they began working. Architectural drawings were made and submitted to our POA. Allied worked directly with them, obtained the necessary approvals and permits; we did not have to do a thing ourselves.

   We were added to a private Slack channel where our entire Allied project team was a member. Robyn, Jay, and Austin were all there. Robyn coordinated the project and would keep us informed, updated, and answer any of our questions throughout the entire project. Courtney, their client experience coordinator, checked in with us every week or two to see how we felt things were going.

   Jay was our project manager and was onsite often and would guide the various crews when completing the wood, concrete, electrical, and Carvestone finishing. The crews who did the work were great to work with and took great care to keep our yard clear during and at the finish of the project.

   The entire project was a breeze. We got what we wanted and the Allied team kept us updated, showed up on-time and when expected! They did a tremendous job for us and we would not hesitate to use them or recommend them for an outdoor project.
