Very, very, very unresponsive and does not follow through with promises. I have had an issue with my fireplace since last December. The few times that I have been able to get into contact with him, he had mentioned that he would be at my house the next week, and I never heard from him again. Every single sort of communication that has been done has been initiated by me with no resolution. 7 months later, I still have a fireplace that is not working and will have to find somebody else. Thankfully, it is summer, so I have a little time before we will be utilizing it. I highly recommend you do not waste your time on this company.
Do not use him. He’s dishonest with no character and a thief. He came out to do a gas fireplace repair job and was fully paid at that time. The job needed a part in which he took the bad part and never returned. Multiple attempts performed over months to get him to return was ignored. He had excuses in the beginning but then just went ghost. Choose someone reputable.
Darryl fixed our fireplace issues, Was on time, explained everything and reasonably priced. Highly recommend!
