   I got three bids to re-stucco my 1600 square-foot home. Artistic Improvement‘s bid was the most affordable, offering the most comprehensive work. Juan Carlos was very responsive throughout the entire job and his crew was timely and did good work. They really went above and beyond. I’ve gotten many compliments on the way my home looks now and I’m very satisfied with the entire experience.

   Juan and his crew did a great job on the new stucco for our house. We needed this after new windows were installed. The window installers are the ones who did the gray coat after the windows, but Juan took care of the synthetic topcoats. We really wanted a two-tone color like on some of the houses we’ve seen and we think Juan really came through on this one. He had to be patient with us to pick the colors because we were out of town for a couple of weeks, and his crew had already prepped the entire area to be stucco ’ed. He did not rush us, and he brought us larger samples to look at to compare. When we found a couple spots we thought could use touch-up, Juan took care of it with no hassles and it looks great! Judge for yourself in the pictures. The first 3 are some of the before images, the last 3 are his work. Call him and be blessed!

   I needed a new roof on a cabin north of Jemez Springs. It is very difficult to find any roofing company interested in working in the area. Luckily, I found Artistic Improvement Inc.
   Within a few days of my contacting Juan Carlos Garcia, I had an estimate and a start date for the installation. Juan and his crew completed the job on time, with the modifications promised, and at the price we agreed to. I am very happy with the final product.
   I recommend Juan Carlos and Artistic Improvement Inc to anyone needing roofing work done.

   I was very impressed with Artistic Improvements. They were very quick to respond to come see the job & provide a quote. Juan explained the process throughly. He provided the actual quote quicker than I thought it would arrive. It was a simple process to approve and the crew started very soon afterwards. As noted in other reviews all crew members were very professional & respectful in not making a lot of noise as I work from home. I was consulted by them as the job progressed and they walked around the with me on the final inspection. I was super impressed with how they cleaned up and with what a great job they did making sure things were covered in plastic so there was not stray stucco everywhere. I highly recommend them.

   We are at ease and beyond pleased with Artistic Improvement Roofing. Juan Carlos is respectful, honest, and fair. His crew was efficient and timely, cleaned up after themsels. His crew installed a new roof and placed the original tiles perfectly with no more leaks.
