We had a wonderful experience with design and installation of our custom BBQ island (outdoor kitchen) and fire place. Matt was relentlessly work with us on multiple designs and equipment modifications to help our dream design come true. The installation crew (Tim, Jose and Nick) had incredible work ethic with a focus on customer satisfaction. Final product was outstanding at a reasonable price tag (see pictures). I purchased a complete outdoor kitchen (appliances, cabinets/drawers, and custom base) and have been very happy with BBQ Grill Outlet. You can get the same products from many places, but the service and people really set them apart. From sales (John R), to delivery/support (Lisa V), to the delivery guys, and the installers (Jose and Christian) – everyone has been professional, pleasant, knowledgeable, and helpful. Fantastic!
I highly recommend BBQ Grill Outlet. From the start it has been A+ service. Greg helped us design the bbq and was very patient with all of out questions and changes. Whatever installers Jose and Nick are getting paid it is not enough. The are very knowledgeable, hard working, and detail oriented. Awesome team across the board.

From our first meeting with John who sold us our outdoor kitchen to the installation done by Tim Hopper and his crew, Leonel and Christian, we couldn’t have asked for a better job.
