   I give this establishment three stars, here are my reasons, First off, I would like to say Julio is an amazing rep and performed as a Professional should.
   We purchased about $30,000 worth of barbecue and island product, Please take note that the timeframe and deadline is not always met, also please take in consideration that some of the workmanship is not the best. Let me explain on the workmanship for About 70% of the job came out pretty good, they used Stackstone, which is great the problem with what they used to put it together with glue, And only after a week or two from it’s settling, will you start to notice yellow blemishes throughout your stack stone.
   #2- We purchased the sink. It was supposed to be a square sink, we never received it, we received a round sink and I contacted the owner multiple times and it fell deaf ears.

   There are some bumps on the road with the service, not to mention as a homeowner. I end up having to help them more than what I should for the amount of money that we paid. I would say this place as well and a decent place to purchase, but the only thing I would raise an eyebrow to is please do not pay the full amount of money To the establishment until everything and I mean everything down to the last screw is completed, Even if the owner makes a presence at your home, do not pay him a dime until it is completed the way you wanted it to. As I said, I think it’s a decent establishment. Their product is fairly well. Just please pay attention to your payment process, and attention to detail and make sure they come back and take care of everything that they need to and look over your product very well.

   My Summerset SS TRL 32 BBQ grill (which I purchased on 09/07) @ BBQ Island in Peoria, AZ was delivered today by Cary. Cary was very friendly and meticulous when removing the grill from the truck to my driveway. One of the many features I love about this grill is that it can be detached from the cart should I decide to build an outdoor kitchen. (Phase 2 of my hardscape project) My grill was assembled by Bob Smith the store manager a former competitive pit master for over 14 years. This was one of the most enjoyable, and seamless purchases I have made in several years thanks to Bob, who is one of the most professional, knowledgeable, friendly, and unique people I have had the good fortune to have met. Bob is a rare breed. He is refreshingly honest and has integrity for days. Mrs. V is counting the days until I throw some NY Strip steaks & veggies on this bad boy. Naturally I will have to detail the grill before I put it to use. I highly recommend BBQ Island in Peoria!! Ask for Bob, he’s the best non-salesman salesman you will ever meet!!

   Purchased our new smoker with 2 additional racks so we can smoke more volume at one time, we upgraded from the Daniel Boone to the Jim Bowie (GMG)

   1. The cover is on order from Mesa location (not onsite).
   2. 6 bags of pellets free (one a month for 6 months – you pick up monthly).
   -When we purchased our previous smoker it was 12-months of pellets free (1×monthly).
   3. The guys in the shop are always kind and informative about their inventory and making recommendations for purchases.

   I’ve purchased two grills from BBQ island and I buy all my pellets seasons and wood chips for my cook outs from here. The selection is great! The employees are awesome. Great place to check out new stuff!

   Joe was phenomenal! Very knowledgeable and helpful. The John Henry spices and wing dust are some of my favorites. Love this place!!
