Zane, Greg and Aaron are tremendous and great to work with. As a contractor I need people I can trust and have been working with them on and off for 18 years. Great local and family owned business to work with.

I had a wonderful experience at this place. The front desk person was very helpful and courteous, and the person with the supplies plastic wrapped all of our bricks to make sure they were securely fastened. He did an excellent job loading them into the truck. I will definitely come back here next time.

Needed new bottom and firebacking for my fireplace. Concrete for bottom amd backing panel. Fast and professional. Accepted returns of extra cement. No problem.

We always try to shop local and found ourselves looking for stone at Builders Materials in ABQ. First of all, the store has some beautiful displays! Secondly, the sales rep was very helpful and was able to answer the questions that we had. We arrived on a Saturday morning, and it wasn’t crowded at all, so we were able to take our time to decide on exactly what we liked. The only reason for the four star is that once we decided on a product and were ready to order, we found out that it was not in stock and had to be ordered, which was going to take 5-7 weeks. After deciding not to wait that long to start our project, we found the exact product in Mesa AZ and drove to pick it up. As for the price comparison, we saved about $100 on the product itself by going to Mesa, but not really after we paid for fuel. If it would have been available within a few days or even a week, we would have waited and just bought from Builders Materials. I would recommend buying the Coronado Stone from this company, just be sure to plan farther in advance so that they will have it in stock when you are ready.
