   Our experience with Dream Builders Outdoor was great from the beginning. Their presentation and commitment to make sure we were satisfied was out of this world. Their prices were reasonable and I loved how they broke everything out for us to understand where the cost comes from. After permits, I felt it did take a while for the project to start but their communication was always there. There were many mind changes during the project and there was one where I selected a tile and did not liked how it looked with the pavers I selected. They were able to work with me and even suggested a new tile and countertop for our outdoor island. I trusted their expertise with my eyes closed and Im so happy I did. They started working on replacing the old tiles with the new ones the next day. Just do want to mention, that once something is completed, you will have to pay the remaining amount. At the end, we were very happy with them and everything turned out beautiful if anything better than the rendering we were shown. Felipe always gave us suggestions on what we could add to make the project more beautiful. Grateful to Felipe and his team for making our outdoor a dream place.

   We had an AMAZING experience working with Dream Builders Outdoor Living. Dream Builders turned our backyard into a true oasis — complete with a stunning outdoor kitchen, custom stonework, and beautiful artificial turf area that feels like a private resort. From the very first meeting with our design consultant, Alisa and Wesley, their team was professional, creative, and incredibly responsive. They listened to our vision, brought great design ideas to the table, and executed everything with precision and care.

   The craftsmanship is exceptional — every detail from the grill station to the lighting feels thoughtfully planned and built to last. What impressed us most was how smoothly the entire process went — our project manager Almir gave us clear communication, reliable timelines, and they had a team that genuinely takes pride in their work.

   We now spend every evening outdoors, and guests can’t stop complimenting the space. If you’re looking for a builder who combines design excellence with true professionalism, Dream Builders is the one to call. They didn’t just build an outdoor kitchen — they created our favorite place to gather and make memories. We worked with other companies on previous houses we had and they were one of the best companies we ever worked with for outdoor projects. Wesley, Alisa and all workers were fantastic!

   I highly recommend working with them for any outdoor projects.

   2025/12/27 update: After leaving some bad reviews I was contacted by Dreambuilders with apologies. They then finished our project over a two month period and with good communication. It looks good and we are happy with it. They have stressed they will be around to support any issues for several months. While I’m leaving my original review below for reference my opinion of them has greatly improved. I changed my star rating from 1 to 4.

   We started working with Alisa the designer at Dreambuilders in October 2024. She was great, very helpful in dealing with our HOAs difficult requirements. We are doing a large backyard with pavers, accent tile walls, motorized screens, and Azenco R-Blade louvered pergola.

   We signed the contract on January 22 2025 and paid the 50% deposit. That is when the trouble started. It’s now October 15 2025 and we are less than halfway completed. We have had many months of delays that can’t be blamed on permits (OC inspectors were quick). Most of the work seems ok, but the subcontractor that did the cement footers for the pergola mixed the cement in my grass then poured it in the rain. Not good! The project manager never communicates with us or returns my VMs or emails. They have no one to answer the phone at their office, only voicemail that is not returned.

   I’ll change this review if they get their act together, but for now I’m a very unhappy customer.

   I’m so pleased with our backyard renovation, it’s probably the first time that we are 100% satisfied with the final project. They are very friendly, professional and easy to work with, throughout the whole process we changed several times and they never pushed back, instead, worked with us the whole time. Thank you for your hard work and for bringing to life our dream backyard.

   Don’t be fooled by the fancy videos and pictures…..

   On September 2021 I contacted the company to build my dream back yard. I was presented with a fancy 3D rendering of the project after TWO visits from their “arcquitect.

   I tuned down the project since an $17k pergola seem too much to me and provided my own paver tiles.

   A two phase of paver tiles was planned.

   Phase one which started in the beginning of October still is a problem. The grout for the pavers doesn’t want to stay put after many attempts to include one on December 28th. Pavers are still loose, few were damaged (which cost me money to replace) and did I mention the grout coming off ???

   Phase two was another hassle; their arcquitect did not plan for an evident slope and an 18 inch retention wall had to be built. They tried to charge me another $1900 which with a firm NO I replied. That’s were everything got uglier.

   They would come to work every 3 -4 days short handed, at any schedule, without material etc.

   Without the work being finished I received an Invoice from the owner, I then requested for him to visit the job site to inspect.

   Sent some guys again and I just gave up……bad grout, loose tiles, damaged grass, bad painting job etc
