Started off great, but they cannot deliver certain products because of high demand, though they have them in stock.

They can use a third-party delivery person, which makes absolutely no sense. The third-party delivery person they recommended gave us one price and then morning we were scheduled to have it picked up and delivered gave us a significantly higher price with a bunch of fees that weren’t discussed.

We ended up straightening things out and hiring our own company to pick it up and that’s when things started to go south.

I noticed they charged me almost $500 extra. When I reached out, they were apologetic and fixed it. Three days later I also noticed another charge on my card of which I don’t have a receipt because I wasn’t there nor did I purchase anything. They cannot keep their transactions straight.

They are a crap show. Keep your receipts and watch your credit card statements!

So upset about this. We had a large amount of garden soil dropped off and filled up our raised beds and pots with it and wet it down. It’s CLAY. Hardened up like a rock. Such a waste of money. I’m so disappointed. Just buy bags of garden soil, people! Do not purchase large quantities of soil from Ewing. Please see the photos attached.

Delivery was on time, driver was super nice, and the mulch was exactly what I expected, looks nice! Glad to see that this place is still great with the new ownership.

Really disappointed in fire wood pick up. Usually I grab my own wood from down the street but heard these guys could load up my truck via tractor. I recently had surgery on my rotator cuff and labrum so I decided to try them out. Well for my short bed Chevy 2500HD to get filled was $450+ which I was like that seems a little high but whatever. Closed my tonneau cover went inside to pay and wind I got home to unload I noticed 50-60% of weight was dirt, rocks, and wood chips. Took me an hour to shovel everything out with one arm.

As friendly as a rock, and priced like they sell gold at Ewing outdoor supply. If you are professional landscaping company that tacks on 20% on materials, you have a gouging partner to do dirt with. If money is important, or customer service is a priority to you, I would skip like a stone on smooth water passed Ewing. They are NOT a friend in the diamond business. My suggestion is to keep shopping for an affordable rock seller. I must have been stoned, suggesting to my customer to look into the worst website I’ve seen since the stoneage. Barney Rubble would disgusted more than when he learned Bam-Bam had become an adult film star. Easily, to drive passed on Santa Fe… BUT DONT TURN AROUND !!!! Your time will turn to black coal….Block Ewing Outdoor Supply . No fun, no service, no pricing listed, not for a residential DIYer. They must be off theire rocker!
