Great experience with this company! I purchased a fully assembled oven from them and the team walked me through how to get it installed, offered tips and trick and responded to my emails in a timely manner. The oven is incredible and makes great pizzas!
We love our Casa90! If we go one weekend without making pizzas, it becomes the top priority the next weekend. The only issue we have is that my husband feels that regular brick would be much better than refractory brick.
**** UPDATE- We sold our house 4 years ago (the pizza oven was one of the reasons the buyers wanted the house) and after a long process of building a new house we finally have our second Forno Bravo Casa 90 done. Again, we can’t say enough great things about it. My husband is no longer bothered that it is not built with regular brick. The kit makes it (relatively) easy to build and this oven holds heat for hours yet it remains cool on the outside. It is still warm inside a day after using it. My husband had the second one built in about a week and after a few curing fires we enjoyed our first pizzas after 2 weeks. The red oven is the new oven. The gray one is our first.
They were very helpful when I consulted them about ordering a factory assembled and cured (not a kit) oven. I settled on a Vesuvio 80. If I had another 10 inches space I would have liked the next size up, as I found that I can only comfortably cook one at a time. However, at 2 minutes per pizza, that isn’t a real problem. High quality, well built, and they are very responsive.
I installed a Forno Bravo brick oven in my house and being a general building contractor, recommended and installed (3) other ovens in my various projects in Southern California. Everyone is very happy with this must have oven and they thank me every time they use them to make great pizzas, the only negative thing for me is that I had to train these people how to make a pizza from the scratch but I did it gladly. Thank you Forno Bravo for such great oven, great customer service from ordering to packaging & delivery, very smooth!
Installed our pizza oven in a very remote part of Colorado about a year ago. The help desk was very helpful in working thru some issues. THe install manual was not easy to follow, or intuitive, but we got it done.
THe unit works very well and makes great pizza, bread, etc. We love it. Thinking of buying another one soon for a second home!
