   How have I not left a review for these guys! Tony & Guy are professional, knowledgeable, and best of all they sell ovens that work and last. I built a food truck, run it to this day (literally as I’m writing Thai review) and now have a store in downtown Boise due to them. Great work, would always recommend them!

   I purchased a Casa 110 Brick Oven from Forno Piombo in March 2024 and took delivery of the oven in July. The oven was shipped all the way to Maine from California without any issues or damage. The oven is absolutely beautiful both in structure and detail. The tile work on the outside of the oven is meticulous all the way around and especially at the top of the oven where the arch meets the tile. The herringbone pattern on the floor makes it easy to slide pans and pizza peels without getting hung up. The stainless steel around the base and granite shelf all tie in to make an aesthetically pleasing product. The functionality is just as amazing as it heats up quickly with minimal smoke. The heat retention is amazing as we were baking croissants the day after making pizzas without having to add any additional wood. I grilled pork loins on the tuscan grill, made focaccia in a pan, and cooked numerous pizzas directly on the oven floor. Of equal merit is the customer support I received from the owner Tony Piombo. He was always available via email, phone, or text to answer any of my questions. I recommend Forno Piombo without reservation. If you’re considering an oven of this caliber there is nothing that I would buy other than a Forno Piombo oven.

   Working with Tony and Justine on purchasing our Pizza Oven the casa was a great experience The customer service was phenomenal since we installed it ourselves, we had questions throughout the installation and they were always there ready for us. We Love cooking with the oven we wish we would’ve made this purchase years ago!

   I am very impressed with how approachable Toni is. We bought the oven, and from the very beginning of the process, he was extremely attentive to us. He answered all our questions, finalized our order, and on installation day, he assisted our project manager with the necessary logistics for the installation. He also provided us with extra materials for possible future oven repairs and was always quick to respond to emails. This is truly someone committed not only to his business but also to the customer’s satisfaction and purchasing experience.

   If I could give one piece of feedback, it would be to offer, even at an additional cost, a delivery and installation service for small residential ovens, as we had some difficulties with our Santino 70. It’s beautiful, but it’s heavy and required six men and careful planning to install. It would have been much less of a headache if the company—already prepared and knowledgeable about installation—had offered this service to make things easier.

   Overall, though, we loved our experience with Forno Piombo. Style, beauty, and quality—the Santino 70 suited us perfectly. We didn’t want anything huge or extravagant, and although the door only accommodates small-sized pizzas, this oven fully met our expectations. We are very satisfied, and my husband and I highly recommend it.
