   JT Polinski for sure was top notch in providing the services I needed to get a great quote for a kitchen project. Discount on top of discount. He absolutely went above and beyond with his suggestions and not to mention how polite he was. He truly is a keeper for the company. He even drove from Las Cruces to El Paso on a bad weather.    I have to say, my experience was outstanding. I met Stephanie Padilla at Bassett Center in El Paso, and she was incredibly informative and knowledgeable. Most importantly, she made me feel safe, which truly mattered to me. I later learned that she recently renovated a friend’s home, which further reinforced my confidence in her expertise. She clearly knows what she’s doing, and I’m excited to begin this new journey with her and her team as I take this next step forward. I would absolutely give her a 5-star rating. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

   Never again, the initial rep whoo I signed the contract with assured me work would be expedient as I was trying to put my house on the market. Initial measurements done with a pending visit by the repair team who would confirm said measurements. Visit never happened. Repairs never done, still waiting 5 months later. Contract cancelled as house was put in market. Company is refusing to return money even if its partial renumeration. Never again, company is unethical and does not believe in transparency and honest dealing. Horrid company and behavior.
