   We are absolutely thrilled with our new pool, expertly designed and constructed by IJM Worx. From our first consultation to the final splash, the entire process was seamless and genuinely enjoyable.

   The design team, led by Dorian, listened intently to our vision and translated it into a breathtaking plan that perfectly utilizes our backyard space. They offered creative suggestions we hadn’t even considered, making the final design better than we could have imagined.

   The construction phase was incredibly smooth. Izaak, project manager, managed the project with professionalism and transparency, keeping us informed every step of the way. The crews were respectful of our property, incredibly tidy, and efficient. We were amazed at how quickly the work progressed without sacrificing quality.

   The craftsmanship is outstanding. The tile work is flawless, the plaster finish is beautiful, and the equipment is top-of-the-line. It’s clear that IJM Worx uses premium materials and employs skilled tradespeople who take pride in their work.

   Since the beginning stage of the “quote” Isaak and his team have always had top notch customer service. They listened to our ideas and turned them into a reality! They payed close attention to details, took their time with the work , did not rush, and we’re always available for questions . They explained every phase in great detail. . They were not here everyday , but what seemed like an eternity to get completed, it was completed with amazing craftsmanship and you can tell IJM Worx knew what they were doing. I would honestly recommend them 100% of the time. Every single one of the IJM Team were approachable, and answered any questions you might have. Don’t pay for less. Pay for quality work that will last you a lifetime. Thank you team again for an amazing pool and making our dreams a reality.

   My experience with IJM Worx, led by the talented Izaak Medina, was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we decided to have a pool installed in our backyard, Izaak and his team demonstrated a level of professionalism and care that exceeded all expectations.

   Right from the start, Izaak impressed us with his respectful demeanor and clear communication. He asked us questions to get a better idea of what we wanted and he drew sketches until it was exactly what we were picturing. We have a very small yard and I didn’t think so much would be possible.

   What truly sets IJM Worx apart is their unwavering dedication to customer satisfaction. Izaak made it a priority to keep us informed every step of the way, addressing any concerns and patiently answering every question I had. He always told us what was happening next and what to expect. He was incredibly accommodating to changes we made from the original plan and never once made me feel like a burden.

   Izaak’s attention to detail is unparalleled. He personally inspected the work at each stage of the process, ensuring that every aspect met his standards. Safety was also a priority. Izaak and his team went above and beyond to ensure a safe and welcoming environment for our family throughout the construction process. Our youngest liked to go out there and see what the guys were doing, and they were always so patient and kind to him. Throughout the project, the crew consistently maintained a clean and organized work environment, ensuring minimal disruption to our daily lives.

   The end result speaks volumes about the quality of IJM Worx’s workmanship. Our heated saltwater pool is not only a stunning addition to our backyard but also a testament to Izaak’s vision and expertise. The landscaping surrounding the pool, meticulously executed with concrete and turf, exceeded our expectations. The addition of lights in the concrete steps, seamlessly integrated and beautifully illuminated, was a thoughtful touch that adds to the ambience, especially in the evenings. I’m so glad Izaak told us this was an option!

   As someone who is detail-oriented and prone to hyper-fixation, I’m so happy to say that I am so pleased with the completed job. Thanks to Izaak and his team, our family now has a space to create lasting memories for years to come.

   We selected IJM Worx to build a 28’x12′ pool with an 8′ sundeck. We didn’t have a big budget and IJM Worx was so helpful in helping us direct our funds to features that we valued most while recommending affordable solutions for other features.

   IJM Worx laid out a very clear timeline and held to it very true. The work was grouped into phases and as each phase of work finished we were given updates with clear goals of what work would commence in the next phases and which days we could expect to see work done. This transparency was really valuable in setting expectations and understanding the process.

   IJM Worx provided top quality materials and construction methods. Quality was obvious in each step of the process. Every question we had was addressed quickly and clearly. I learned a lot about the process and unique steps or techniques that provided a better quality product.

   The end product was finished on time and with spectacular results. Our pool looks wonderful and will be enjoyed for many years to come.
