   Terrible experience working with this company and I do not recommend them to anyone. They were extremely responsive and knowledgable during the sale phase but then dropped off in execution. Multiple emails and calls from myself and our contractor went unanswered. Permit paperwork not filed correctly multiple times (wrong address, incorrect dimensions, etc). Takes them months to turn around edits to the city. Pergola is “installed” but there was no official hand off on how to use it and we’re still missing pieces. Unacceptable for the amount of money we paid. I am shocked by the amount of good reviews and honestly just don’t believe them. I think the 2.7 stars on yelp is much more accurate.

   I just recently did a Pergola and a complete outside BBQ kitchen with Luxapatio. The customer experience was excellent. The Sales Process was very smooth. My salesperson listened to my needs very carefully and did not try to push products on me that I did not need. Their Operations Team was great and they kept the project on time without any problems. The teams that they sent to do to job to my resident were very professional and courteous. The Quality of the job done was very good and I don’t have any complaints about it. I will recommend Luxapatio without hesitation if you want to do a great Outdoor project in your house.

   Great place for outdoor kitchens. Big showroom with lots of options. Distributor for most outdoor kitchen brands. Attention is awesome, they don’t push or harass you. They are also very flexible, you can buy the appliances only or the frame or everything, they will adapt to your needs. I have not done any job with them yet, this review is based on my experience with the initial visit

   We visit the show room at the Doral area and we has a great reception from Carlos Ruiz. The service provided to us was promptly completed with the require quality, Carlos was very professional and knowledgeable as well.

   My husband and I had been dreaming of having an outdoor kitchen for years!! And I must say, Luxapatio made that dream come true exceptionally!! I could not have imagined a better company to have hired for this job. Starting with Carlos, in the showroom, who brought my idea to life and made sure to follow up constantly, followed by each and every person who came to work on the project, and Liliana, who kept me updated every step of the way. The entire building process was amazing, and the kitchen looks truly spectacular!! This weekend is the grand opening! 🙂 I recommend Luxapatio 100%! Don’t look any further.
