Had to have sheetrock replaced and repaired post water removal from my home. All my walls were painted with precision as I had two colors in multiple rooms. They installed Pergo layment and flooring. Then they painted and installed all the baseboards. Excellent customer service, attention to detail, excellent workmanship and care of my property. Clean up immaculate at the end of each day. Even moved all my furniture and boxes back into my home. Then connected all my electronics and made sure they were working prior to leaving. Would highly recommend Milliken to anyone needing these services
We have worked with Milliken Construction over the course of several projects at our home, from roofing to flooring installation, painting and bathroom remodeling. Jason was always courteous, responsive and knowledgeable. The crews were well versed in their specialties, and pleasant to work with. I highly recommend this company for any type of construction/remodeling project.

Ted and his team of professionals did an amazing job remodeling our kitchen and repairing parts of our house after a significant water leak. Honest, above-board and always had the best interests of my family when walking us through our options. My carport roof was damaged by the wind. My insurance company referred me to Milliken Construction Co. The representative came promptly to assess the damage and make an estimate on the repairs needed. The insurance company approved the job. Milliken Construction Co sent a crew to complete the repairs. Their work was done professionally and quickly. I’m very satisfied with their work.
