   It is unfortunate because the experience started off pleasant. I’m writing this in February and last April I told Manny that my priority is that his guys finish on the timeline we agreed (Max 3 months). I paid my three installments on time but I still, all these months later, have a leaky light fixture, warped roof that forms puddles (stains), and unpainted wood. I was willing to overlook the exposed wires on torn up grass and dirty fingerprints the workers left everywhere. The last six months have been texts and calls that have mostly been ignored. When I did get the one visit back to go over what remained all I got was a BBQ cover (should’ve gotten that 6 months earlier). Obviously my mistake was to give the final check taking them for their word that they would stand by their work and tie loose ends. If you take the gamble and risk going with “My Luxury Outdoors” for your home/business be aware that once they are fully paid it will be next to impossible to get them to do what any reputable company would do and stand by their work.
