   We bought our CozyHeat Nordic34 insert from this company last year, and it’s been a wonderful addition to our home. The fireplace works beautifully, but what really stands out is their customer service. I recently had trouble getting it started and called for help — Harrison walked me through everything with so much kindness and patience. Truly exceptional support.

   It’s rare to find a company that stands behind their products like this. Highly recommend.

   Wonderful company! They answered all questions, clarified my understanding of gas inserts, and assisted in purchasing a great fireplace! They are always helpful when called with concerns and have recommended good folks for installation and on going service.
   Having a gas fireplace has transformed the ambiance in our home , plus it provides great heat!

   These folks know their products and their business. We purchased a gas unit years ago, and came back for a second unit- this time electric.
   The staff are very helpful, pleasant, and not pushy. I’m impressed with their quality business acumen.

   Where do I begin?!? Harrison Finch and Scott Poulsen!!! Excellent Customer Service and a spectacular Kosy Heat Insert fireplace! Harrison and Scott educated me every step of the way to converting my wood burning fireplace to gas. I’m a widow and no one talked down to me or oversold me. On Fire is a fantastic company! Thanks SO much!
