   I recently purchased an outdoor kitchen with a grill from Paradise Grills, and Brian made the entire experience absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in, he was welcoming, knowledgeable, and patient. Brian took the time to explain all the features, helped me compare options, and made sure I chose the perfect setup for my backyard. His professionalism and attention to detail truly stood out. I’m thrilled with my new outdoor kitchen, and I couldn’t have asked for better service. Thank you, Brian, for making this such an easy and enjoyable purchase!

   We had the pleasure to work with Jon. He sold us the entire tiki island without us even having to go in the store. Simon did the install and was also great. This Paradise Grill component really transformed our backyard into an oasis.

   Disappointed with Sales Tactics and Poor Follow-Through

   In a nutshell, this company is great at selling—but once you’ve signed and paid, it’s radio silence.

   My experience with Ian Egan was particularly disappointing. He pushed the urgency of a “limited-time deal,” the same script he used five months prior when he first came to measure. Oddly enough, the “deal” was still available three days later after he had to resubmit the contract—because he initially got the fuel type wrong (natural gas vs. liquid propane).

   When it came to installation, things only got worse. I received a delivery confirmation email, but no one followed up. I had to chase Ian down myself, and by then, he seemed completely uninterested—understandably, I suppose, since they had already been paid over a week before.

   He promised to verify the install details but never followed through. I eventually contacted dispatch directly and found out I wasn’t even on the schedule for the promised day. I had taken the day off work to supervise, and only after escalating the issue was I told installation would happen that same day, between 4 and 8 PM. I confirmed this again with Shaun-Rae Harvey and emphasized I would not be home earlier. “Yes, I assure you,” he said. But sure enough, I got a call at 10 AM that the truck was 40 minutes away.

   To top it off, delivery is just that—delivery. No hookup, no recommendations for licensed plumbers or gas professionals. That alone is surprising for a company that’s supposedly been doing this for years.

   If I could return the product, I would. If I had known the level of customer service and post-sale care—or lack thereof—I would’ve gone elsewhere. Ian Egan was great until the check cleared. After that, he disappeared. Now I can only hope I’ll never need to use the “lifetime warranty” they advertised, because I’m not confident I’ll ever hear from anyone again.

   Buyer beware—this company is great at making promises, but terrible at keeping them.

   Hands down the greatest big-ticket item shopping experience I’ve ever had! The showroom was so pristine that the pictures don’t even come close to the atmosphere it provides! Ian was so confident and knowledgeable in everything he said that I just wanted him to keep talking about my kitchen bar I was buying! Ian and Brian had so much positive energy that I couldnt help but invite them over for my Inagural BBQ next weekend!
