   Brandon was great and so easy to work with. He explained everything in details and was very accommodating to my wife and I. 100% recommend them for your backyard needs. It is expensive but you get what u paid for.

   Update – was told that the promotions volumes pushed back the timeliness so even though our delivery and product was confirmed on 1/16 we now have to wait 2 months. Not my problem I am the customer.

   After a bunch of back and forth, we have to settle for a used(floor model) to even get the island timely because of their mistake of inaccurately confirming the item in stock.

   Once I get the product I will update again as they have some opportunity still to make this right.

   Brandon worked his magic and we got the island and grill one day late. There was a lot of back and forth but they got it to us. It was all brand new also. It looks amazing

   We live in Windermere and first visited Paradise Grills in Winter Garden when they had just opened. At the time, we were thinking about getting a grill or an outdoor kitchen, but the timing wasn’t right for us—nothing to do with them. Fast forward two years, and we walked in again, only to find the same guy, Brandon, still there!

   Brandon is truly one of the best. He’s friendly, knowledgeable, and takes the time to walk you through everything without ever making you feel pressured. He even offered us drinks while we browsed, which was such a nice touch. My husband is very particular and had a ton of questions, and Brandon was incredibly patient, giving us different options and helping us figure out what would work best for our space.

   We originally thought about building an outdoor kitchen from scratch, but after doing some research, we realized that for the quality and setup we wanted, Paradise Grills was by far the better option—not to mention, we got a fantastic deal on the entire kitchen!

   Huge thank you to Brandon and the team for making this such a great experience. If you’re in the market for an outdoor kitchen, we highly recommend checking them out—and definitely ask for Brandon!

   We had a great experience at the Winter Garden showroom. Chris was easy to work with and helped put together a luxury outdoor kitchen for our space. The service was solid from start to finish, and with the bumper to bumper lifetime warranty, felt like a great investment!
