After sale customer support is awful. I have called many times and they promise to send the regular that will make my grill work but never do. I have then went to the store and they promise to show up to tune the grill but then never show up. I am sure any warranty service will be same I wouldn’t buy this product.

We had been price checking grills and product for the area trying to get the best bang for our buck and visited paradise grills in Tampa. Adrian quickly explained why his companies grills were set a part from the others and sold us with the weekend promotion that was running. This was the best value and quality we saw and are very happy with our purchase

We visited the Tampa showroom looking for ideas for our new backyard. Adrian was attentive and full of personality. It was nice chatting with someone who is also from Virginia. The showroom was full of great options for us and we are looking forward to designing this project

Over the years, I’ve visited several Paradise Grills locations and have always admired their products. Most recently, my girlfriend and I stopped by the International Mall location in Tampa and finally decided to purchase the Aruba line, including the upgraded grill with LED-lit handles. The sales associate, Brian, told us we were getting a $4,500 value, making the closeout deal seem too good to pass up.

However, when the grill was delivered on Friday, the experience quickly soured. The rotisserie burner didn’t work, the umbrella arrived broken, and to make matters worse, the grill they delivered was the base model—not the upgraded version I was promised. When I contacted Brian to address the issue, he claimed there must have been a “misunderstanding.” I then reached out to corporate, hoping for a resolution, only to find they were standing behind the misleading claims of their sales associate.

In the end, I spent $8,000 and received a $1,900 grill and a broken umbrella. As someone who’s been in sales my entire career, I have zero tolerance for dishonesty—especially when it’s supported at a corporate level. This has been a deeply disappointing experience, and I wouldn’t recommend Paradise Grills to anyone.

I will keep you up to date to see if corporate wants to make good

Read before buying so you have been made aware. Several hours prior to storm approaching Tampa. Lack of accountability and proper customer service. My tiki and bar were destroyed from mild wind out of no where and was given quotes for additional funds for repair (over $7k). There was no hurricane, storm, or rain. I explained that the design is flawed as the thatch shouldn’t have lifted even with mild air that it lifted up like a feather. I tried to work with customer representatives and all they said it’s “plug and play”. Warranty doesn’t cover these issues. The thatch flying away caused the poles to be lifted from the base that destroyed the canopy along with the table. This a HUGE SAFETY concern as it could have hurt someone and cause significant damage. If anything else, please look at last picture(#11) . It shows the pipes were placed into the bar with no cushion or clips to hold the poles down. If there was a holding piece in place, the bar wouldn’t have lifted.

In addition to the damage above, I had to replace tv because the team installing the bar forgot to place a tarp under the thatch piece (making it leak proof) even with the protective cover given. The quality of the table along with the appliances are below standard. I have owned this island bar for less than 5 years and have had multiple visits and have experienced the table chipping and breaking off with limited use on its own. The stainless steel appliances all rusted no matter how much it’s covered and cleaned.
Feel free to reach out to me if you have any questions if you’re considering buying from paradise grill. For the price you’d expect quality all around.
