BAD COMPANY be aware of scam. I bought a St. Tropez table from this company. They charged me all kind of hidden fees and then they dropped off the table and the lights stopped working the next morning. I called for service after spending $11,000. The response was insane. They basically said we do not do service calls. I said the table was delivered the day before how can you not come and check to make sure things are working correctly? The response was WE DO NOT DO SERVICE CALLS – BYE and hung up the phone. Be careful with the product. After 2 weeks rust starting to appear as well. Be careful as the salesmen are not always able to delver what they promise. Finally got the lights fixed and attached a propane tank for the fire pit and that did not work after 10 min. I troubleshot all error codes. Called the company again and they would not come out until they charged my card $250. Thank GOD I got my money back for the grill. This company is absolutely horrible and I feel like I got scammed and it’s disgusting. I have been a consumer my entire life and was never treated like this ever. Hope this helps Good luck

I purchased the Tahiti outdoor kitchen/bar from Paradise. Overall, Paradise is based out of Orlando so unless you live nearby the pre and post sales support is basically non-existent. Typical shady sales tactics, Mark sold us the ‘floor model’ which would be delivered in 2 weeks, instead we waited nearly 2 months for it to ship from the factory. Also Paradise sells you a ‘Club Membership’ for support, which is a joke. I repeatedly called and emailed Paradise asking for details as to what would be needed prior to installation (gas, electric, fittings, hoses, etc.), and never received responses back; so of course the installers show up empty handed and can’t even connect or test the grill. And upon installation, the LED lights around the bar were defective and blinking like an epileptic seizure test; 3 weeks later the lights still aren’t resolved and I’m stuck with a bar that a BBQ Grill that was never connected and LED’s that don’t work. I’ve purchased and owned an outdoor kitchen/bar islands from a competing company, and had received white glove treatment throughout the process so I was hoping to have the same experience from Paradise (I did not). Save yourself some aggravation and purchase elsewhere or have a local landscaping build one custom for you instead of a flaky pre-fab from Paradise.

Had a great experience at the Sumter Landing location in the villages, the sale prices were great, staff was very friendly and inviting. Loved the tikis and umbrella sets, the showroom was immaculately kept and looked great! Would recommend anyone who is looking for an outdoor kitchen or even just a grill to stop in and check this place out.

We had a wonderful experience at the Paradis Grills in Clermont, Fl on Hwy 50. Our experience spanned several weeks as we kept checking back in with Brandon and asking more questions each time. He was very helpful in the store and over the phone with things like measurements, support structure specs because we had to relocate an existing water and electrical line, add-on options, and most importantly he was not at all pushy. We have a complicated delivery location but Brandon asked all the right questions to make sure we would have no issues on delivery date.

We still have a few small items on backorder but Brandon has been in constant communication with us about delivery dates and our options should we desire to save a few days and pick up our products at the warehouse. Love the quality of everything and its really amazing how well all of the installations smudges and what appeared to be scratches cleaned up beautifully with a top grade stainless steel cleaner- – everything looks perfect!

We were thinking we would need to paint the lower body but the white actually works much better than we thought it would. We will be leaving it in the original white. Any hand smudges have cleaned up nicely with soap and water.

There were a few loose screws here and there from the installation that we tightened ourselves with no trouble. Delivery team was really pleasant and the process took most of the day so I have not adjusted my review at all based on that. It seems likely as well that the delivery service is outsourced and I’m sure Paradis Grills can only control so much on that end once things leave the warehouse.

We were also told that delivery could be 3-4 weeks out, but to our surprise, our unit was delivered in 3 days after calling!

We decided not to go with the Paradise Grill stools as our view really demands a swivel chair. We were concerned about purchasing our own chairs as the Paradise Grill countertops are actually about 2 inches lower than a standard “bar height” chair and “counter height” would definitely be too low. Our standard-height bar stools are perfect for anyone to sit comfortably at the bar.

I had a few questions about the counter top material and actually was able to track down the manufacturer of the porcelain. I was really pleased to hear that the product is Italian made and the raw slabs are then fabricated into the unique Paradise Grill tops with the honeycomb interior in Spain before being shipped to the US. that explains the excellent quality and craftsmanship I see in the countertops. I had a really fantastic conversation with the manufacturer and he seemed thrilled to answer all my curious questions. He also told me that my color, Titanium Gray, is not used by anyone in the world except Paradise Grills- I do indeed have a very unique, custom high-end product! Thank you!

I regret my paradise grill purchase. The island and grill are ok but it’s way overpriced. I could have had a custom setup made for what I spent. The service is terrible. If you’re going to invest in a high end grill, look elsewhere.
