Stopped in to Paradise Grill Fort Worth showroom. The showroom looks great and there are awesome options to choose from. I had a lot of questions and they were handled expertly by Corey. He was very patient, not pushy and very knowledgeable about the outdoor kitchens. The grill I chose is amazing, so glad I went to Paradise Grills.
There’s not enough I can say about Paradise Grills in Fort Worth, TX. The knowledge that Corey Morello( my salesman) has is truly promotion worthy he was that good at answering all my questions. I wish there was more than 5 stars to give him, he was that good. I would highly recommend sending your friends and family to Corey! You won’t be disappointed.
Paradise grill customer service at best is a one star. Their contracts are ridiculous. I called them because, I made a down payment and was sent overseas for 3 years. So the size of the grill is actually to big for the space I have. I was told I had to spend the money on the upgrades until it reached the amount of the the original contract. So it either I spend that amount of money or I get nothing and they hold on to a rather large amount of my that was for a down payment. They give you all the options for the grill, but no options with your money, if things happen in your military life. Beware Paradise grills operates like a time share company. Don’t go there for a grill if you even remotely think something will take a turn in your life. You will be stuck. Read contract because there are things the salesman will not tell you. Corporate and the showrooms are not on the same page. This company could be a hassle if your not careful.
