From the moment we walked in, Crystal was welcoming, knowledgeable, and truly went above and beyond to help us design the perfect outdoor kitchen setup. She took the time to explain every option, answered all of our questions with patience, and made sure we got exactly what we wanted within our budget.
She even gave us a great deal, which made the experience even better. Her attention to detail and professionalism made the whole process stress-free and enjoyable. You can tell she genuinely cares about her customers and wants them to love their purchase.
If you’re thinking about getting an outdoor kitchen, ask for Crystal. She’s the best! We can’t wait to break it in this weekend.
I was driving by and saw the Blowout Banners on the building, and thought I would check it out. I was looking at doing an outdoor Kitchen early next year and just wanted to get ideas. I was met by Crystal, and she was very helpful showing me the different deals they had going on, and within 30 min was buying a Maui10/GX10 island. I would recommend stopping by.
We stopped by 3 weeks ago and purchased a 8ft grills island from their outdoor sale. Crystal and Alexa helped us and they both did an amazing job. We will be returning for some of their accessories at a later date.
Walk in just to look but the excellent customer service that Andrew provided and information about the different products they sell made me buy the out door kitchen of my dreams . Thanks Andrew for excellent service . Ill come back to upgrade in the years to come .
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I’VE EVER EXPERIENCED!!! WE BOUGHT AN ENTIRE OUTDOOR KITCHEN SYSTEM AND THEY SENT US THE WRONG SIZED DOOR. THEY DENIED THEY MADE THE SIZE DOOR THEY SHIPPED US EVEN AFTER I SHOWED THEM THE COPY OF THE DIAGRAM THEY GAVE US AND I LITERALLY SENT THEM PICTURES OF ME MEASURING IT WITH MY TAPE MEASURE. WE HAD TO COMPLETELY RE-BUILD MY BRICK OUTDOOR KITCHEN TO MAKE THE DOOR THAT THEY SENT US FIT. MARY THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE MANAGER LITERALLY TOLD US THAT WE WERE STUCK WITH THE WRONG SIZED DOOR AND THEY WOULDN’T COMPENSATE US FOR THEIR MISTAKE. IT COST US AN ADDITIONAL $1,600.00 TO RE-BUILD THE OUTDOOR KITCHEN. THIS HAS BEEN THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE WE’VE EVER EXPERIENCED IN OUR LIVES.
