On making our decision to build an outdoor kitchen, we spent a significant amount of time researching and talking with various builders. We decided to entrust Paradise Outdoor Kitchen’s and we are so glad we did.
On arrival to the showroom Christian was welcoming, extremely knowledgeable and informative. Once we had decided to go ahead with the project he was our main point of contact. We had clear updates, build time tables and design options.
As we are new to the country, Christian took on the completion of the HOA application – something we had very little understanding on. This ensured smooth process and early sign off.
We were introduced to Joe, who would build and oversee the construction phase. Joe gave us tremendous confidence of how our design would come to life.
Work commenced just before we departed for vacation. We received continuous updates on build, expected finish timescales and photo’s of each phase – something we really appreciated.
Once we returned, Joe came round to sign of our project, check we were happy and run through all appliances: how to work each one and to look after them.
The final results: we absolutely love it and would highly recommended the whole company, the team and all contractors associated with Paradise Outdoor Kitchens.
Paradis Outdoor Kitchen did an excellent job from the very beginning of the process when we walked in their front door to final completion. Christian listened to our initial design thoughts and he recommended different grill, cabinet, and refrigerator options. He then emailed us different schematic designs to review. Once we gave the go ahead on the project, the delivery and field installation was excellent. Communication was very good from start to finish. Overall the experience was very easy and trouble free with excellent quality. I highly recommend Paradise Outdoor Kitchens for any scope of project they offer.

From our initial design consultation through the completion of the project, I have been so impressed by the level of customer service, communication and workmanship.
