   The entire experience was excellent from start to finish. It began with the design phase, where Aaron and Laura provided thoughtful guidance, offering alternative suggestions and design options that helped reduce costs without compromising quality. They made the process enjoyable and worked closely with me to create the perfect palapa for my space.

   The construction phase with Fabian and his team was equally impressive. From the concrete work to the structural build and final installation, everything progressed as smoothly and efficiently as one could hope for in a construction project.

   I’m absolutely delighted with this beautiful addition to my backyard living area.

   Specifics to my project.
   1. A salt finish was applied to the concrete to create a more natural, organic visual appeal.
   2. The roof height was lowered to ensure consistent, usable shade throughout the year.
   3. The roof pitch was reduced for aesthetic purposes.

   Great customer service from start to finish and great quality materials were used to complete the work no cutting corners. Great crew worked with me and my wife to make us happy and made sure before moving forward at all check points of the build.Thanks for making our back patio dream come to life at a fair price.    I stopped at the Perfect Palapas store, after seeing a Palapa from I45. Spoke to the guy there and he had great information to share. I left my name and number and had someone at my house to measure for a quote within 2 days. After receiving the quote on the same day that the measurements were taken (really impressed by the timing!), I approved the quote. They require 25% down payment with remainder to be paid a completion of project. The install began 3 weeks later during the hot and rainy days of this summer. It took 2.5 days to complete 2 separate Palapas … the main palapa is a 2 pole Palapas and a the other is a BBQ lean to.
   I love my Palapas! My backyard and patio have been transformed into a dream space!
   I feel that he price was fair and the workmanship appears to be exceptionally!

   Perfect Palapas built us the perfect patio addition! Looks like it’s a part of the original house, exactly what we wanted and the price was amazing! From the minute we walked into their store until the very ending of our project everyone we dealt with was amazing. Aaron had his crew on top of everything. Project was completed when expected and the clean up crew went above and beyond making sure we were happy! Will definitely use them for our next outdoor project… and their outdoor decorations are top notch, I’m totally in love with my gargoyles
