   I hired Nayeli and Rose Gold Group for a complete home renovation in Central. This home needed essentially everything, from HVAC, electrical, windows, and full interior and exterior cosmetic updates.

   Nayeli & the team surpassed my expectations and delivered an outstanding finished product, all while maintaining a high level of professionalism from start to finish. Nayeli masterfully captured my vision and understood what I wanted to accomplish. The team was always at the site when they said they would be and provided valuable updates and insights on the remodeling process and even provided solutions to any issues that arose.

   The team was incredibly patient and understanding when I provided direction and input on the finishes and were always willing to complete the job to my satisfaction.

   Jesse was also incredibly helpful in being communicative and was always willing to go the extra mile to complete the job.

   We had a huge home renovation last year, and Nayeli of Rose Gold is such a detail-oriented, client-centered, and conscientious contractor that we experienced minimal stress for a project of this size, even when we took out of town trips during this renovation period. She communicates quickly and often. We have already highly recommended Nayeli’s services and will continue to do so. If we could give her more than 5 stars, we would.

   Looked everywhere and got quotes from several contractors. Once I inquired with Rose Gold Group, Naylie was super responsive. I got my quote within 24 hours after setting up my appointment with a timetable timeline, start and finish date. The whole process of renovating was smooth and the whole team was helpful and guiding me through the process. And the best thing of it all, any inspirations I had, they were able to bring to life and better than I could have imagined. Highly recommend this team.

   I had the pleasure of working with Nayeli and her company Rose Gold. From start to finish Nayeli was very professional and easy to work with. She was very knowledgeable and straight to the point. That is something that is rare in my line of work. Expectations were set right from the beginning and she followed through with everything she promised. Her word was her bond. I would work with her again time and time again without hesitation. 5 out of 5 star 🌟 rating 😁

   Initially, we were very impressed with Nayeli, her crew and their work. When they were working on opening up a cinderblock outer wall in our home to install windows and a French door (which they did pretty well) we had an issue with one of the bathrooms. This required an emergency plumbing repair which involved building a new shower. Nayeli quickly accommodated us. However, from the very beginning the shower leaked through the door. She sent her crew several times to fix it and finally it seemed ok. Within about year and a half of using the shower we discovered it was leaking through the wall into the bedroom next door. We found problems with the plumbing in the wall, the wood under the shower pan was soaked and falling apart, the sheet rock on the wall between the bathroom and the bedroom next door was soaked from the floor up about four feet. We found the plumbing had leaks, the shower doors had been installed upside down and backwards (this was after her crew had made about three attempts to install them right, leaving patched holes in the shower walls). At first, she eventually responded to our requests to remedy the situation. She wanted to come see the damage a week and a half after we notified her even though we told her we were in the midst of replacing the floors and couldn’t proceed until she came to check it out. We told her that was not acceptable. At this point she stopped responding to us. We asked that she honor her promises of backing up her work but she never responded. Beware of all the glowing promises she makes on her website, we have found numerous problems with the shoddy work that was done with no solutions from her. We finally had to hire another contractor to have the work done right so we are out what we paid her and what we paid to have it done right.
