What a pleasant experience buying a washer and dryer at Sierra West. I am new to the area from Maine. I happened upon this place while at the motor vehicle department express location. Everyone in the store was so helpful. I mistakenly did not properly measure the space for the new washer and dryer and had originally purchased the pedestals. They quickly refunded the money for the pedestals and came that same day to install the new washer and dryer. Jose and Miguel were so friendly and thorough. This was quite a different experience than what I had with Lowe’s who’s Delivery personnel would not attach the hose to the refrigerator as they said they were not allowed to do this and they also scratched the front door coming in (not to mention the fact that the sales person at Lowe’s in Santa Fe didn’t seem to want be bothered by actually selling appliances.) I will definitely go back to do further business with Sierra West in the future and would highly recommend this place to others.
From the time we walked in the door to the date of installation, we had the BEST experience with Sierra West Sales. Tyler not only knows the products, but his customer services skills are exceptional. The installation team was super efficient and they answered all of our questions with a smile. We purchased a Wolf oven and stovetop and a Sub-Zero refrigerator. Tyler personally came to our home three times–to take measurements, check that everything was ready for installation, and to troubleshoot an issue during installation. In a world full of rocks, Tyler is a gem!
We purchased a Whirlpool top freezer refrigerator and a Whirlpool freezer. Tyler was a pleasure to work with concernng our product selections. The two units arrived quicker than expected. Miguel and Jesus were great installing our new units, including fixing a problem from the factory on the freezer. Thank you Sierra West!
We had a very positive experience purchasing a Wolf dual fuel range from Sierra West Sales. Tyler provided excellent sales assistance, providing pre-install technical advice and answering all our questions with professionalism and courtesy. Much to our delight, they were able to install our range between Thanksgiving and Christmas, which made holiday cooking a really great experience. The installation team arrived on time, delivered and installed our range efficiently and carefully (no damage to floors our walls) and were courteous and polite. We recommend Sierra West Sales without hesitation.
Their ‘designer’ Stacey dragged the project for 4 weeks and no communication. I thought she had been working on it during that time. When I called, she mentioned she’s very overwhelmed with projects and should have mentioned it before. She asked me to call her back the next morning to go over things and get it started. I called and left a message. She didn’t call back. This business has great potential. However, their customer service is their weakness.
