   Stone Forest has been delightful to work with. They helped in selecting 2 fountains for our yard and communicated easily and promptly throughout the purchasing and transportation process. Gemma Juarez has been our main source of contact and always answered our questions in a helpful and professional manner. 6 months after install we had a problem with one pump…it was replaced free of charge under warranty.
   If you want unique, high quality and beautiful fountains, look no further than Stone Forest.

   We recommended Stone Forest to one of our neighbors and they too had an excellent experience and a beautiful fountain.

   Beautiful and unique products and helpful staff. I got a pedestal sink for inside the house and the natural millstone fountain for outside, which the birds love! The showroom and gardens in Santa Fe are worth a visit.

   EDIT: I don’t work for your irrigation contractor (HENCE THE PROBLEM). 2, this isn’t my real name, for the exact reason you calling some company and pulling that little stunt. You can gaslight all you want, that’s precisely what happened, it was incredibly rude and presumptuous, and no I’m not going to change my review, because its a living testament to how you actually did treat someone. Lowered it a star because responding this way is not actually addressing your INTERNAL issue.

   They got a nice collection, but one time I was picking up a fountain stone in my company truck and the owner started barking at me to start checking his irrigation, double check for leaks, and move my truck and trailer when I was clearly loading and securing one of their stones.

   I don’t know if it was a racial thing or what, but like, look up dude, is that how you treat all your customers or just the ones with some sun on their skin?

   Large selection, beautiful stones, great customer service

   We hired a landscaping company to redo our little yards. Since we wanted to include a water feature, they suggested to check out Stone Forest. What a beautiful collection of stones, fountains and decorative elements. There are so many choices, it was hard to settle for one. So many cool ideas in all sizes and prices. We found one that would fit perfectly and they invited us to pick the stone at their ware house – and a few weeks later it was standing in our back yard. And since then we enjoy it year round and it still looks beautiful. Linda was amazing in helping us pick the right one, providing us with measurements and maintenance info so we can keep enjoying it. And even though those natural stones are not cheap, I was actually positively surprised in how affordable they are – but of course, the foundation/basin work and installation add to it at the end. But definitely worth it and this place if worth a visit to get inspired about integrating an amazing water feature in your garden.

   Out of touch with reality is the best way to describe my customer service experience. I spoke with Gemma (the manager) about an issue with the delivery.
   They use a freight company that mainly delivers to business so they don’t work weekends. I was not informed about this until I was trying to set up my delivery. I work long hours and was not able to receive my fountain during the week.
   Gemma kept telling me she had never run into this problem before because all her clients have landscapers that work during the week and they can even go to the freight companies warehouse to pick up the merchandise. Her solution was for me to return it, so I did. This company is so obnoxious.
