   Ordered a washer and dryer. I live on base, I was told they could deliver on base. The day comes and one of the drivers doesn’t bring a driver’s license, no phone call nothing. I receive a notification that I missed the delivery. I call to reschedule the lady says it could be over a week I say to cancel unless they can get it sooner. They reschedule the delivery but still canceled for some reason. I called the store got transfered around several times then hung up on. Today was the supposed delivery day, I called and was told the w&d was still coming by a pretty rude employee who seemed annoyed I would call even though I had no delivery notifications. Well here I am at almost 6pm delivery doesn’t show up after waiting in the house all day. I check and it says refund processed. Rude employees. I’ll go take my money to Lowe’s or Best Buy.

   Store is well stocked with every DIY handyman item and more!! Selection of lumber is plentiful and easy to obtain. For purchasers requiring loading assistance, Carl is always helpful, cheerful and customer satisfaction driven. Carl has assisted me twice now and he is always the same, cheerful, helpful and ensures you have everything you needed loaded. Carl is definitely a reflection of what every employee should be, driven to ensure your total satisfaction. I’d go to Home Depot just to have a chance to interact with Carl!! Thanks, Carl and Home Depot!!

   We found what we needed… the issue came from customer service from a younger employee speaking with a security officer…the fact I can already see this kids future is insane to me… the topic of conversation was how he would rather buy his girlfriend a plan b instead of wearing a condom… and that he can’t last two days without sex… there was a lady who even giggled nervously at the officer to try and get the kid to shut up because not only was he having an inappropriate conversation but he kept cussing like his life depended on it. I’m just shocked that no one stopped him to maybe have a bit of decorum. I’m not trying to be a Karen, because I understand conversations would vary. However, this topic was highly inappropriate. This occurred on Sunday the 4th… around 1 or so…

   I live a mile away from our Home Depot and I always find what I’m looking for. I also find that their employees are always very friendly and helpful. But busy, so be patient if you have to wait while they finish what or who they are already helping. Last visit I purchased Hostas.
