   Foodie wonderer

   I purchased and had a microwave installed above my stove.

   Pros: The purchase online was fast and easy. Home Depot very quickly scheduled a delivery date that was less than a week after purchase. The crew was friendly and courteous, and arrived on time.

   Cons: While Home Depot advertises a 10% military discount, this discount does not apply to appliances, or to services such as delivery and installation. The install crew had to install my microwave three times, as the first two left it uneven and leaning forward. The need to reinstall wasn’t the issue; the issue was that the crew was happy to leave it leaning forward, twice. I had to insist twice for them to fix it, which they eventually did. Also, they left a complete mess in my kitchen, not putting a cover to catch the drywall and wood chips, and not bothering to clean it up afterwards. Everything ended up well, but it could have gone so much better.

   Awful store with incompetent staff.Ordered something online and they “upgraded “ me by sending a completely different model. When I wanted to return it they refused to come pick it up until I called corporate 5 times. If it wasn’t a gift card I would have disputed the charges.

   Home Depot in Santa Fe, NM. Excellent service from a new employee (John). My cart was very heavy and hard to maneuver. John pushed the cart from garden to checkout and to my car and loaded. Excellent

   Worst Home Depot I have ever shopped at. Stock doesn’t match online inventory, merchandise is not fully stocked, store is disorganized. The worst part is the staff. No one cares, no one offers to help, no one comes when help is requested. Lots of people avoiding work and getting paid for it. Terrible store. Lowe’s here I come.

   Home Depot is my all appliance, place to go. I had excellent customer service from Joseph, very knowledgeable, and went above and beyond providing outstanding customer service. Thank you Tiffany for all your customer service and support. I would recommend Home Depot and Joseph for excellent customer service, and highly experienced in any questions you have. Thank you Joseph, Tiffany, and Home Depot !:)
